How to start a return

Email support@finnfern.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll send you return instructions within one business day.

Condition

Opened boxes and used products are welcome. Please clean the unit and include the main components (tank, sprayer, holder and cable). Free gifts don’t need to be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we refund the full product price to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. There is no restocking fee. Express shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a defect, contact us with a photo. We’ll send a replacement at no cost. Products are also covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
